Who We Are
Our goal is to bring parents, educators, students and community professionals together to better serve the needs of our children. O.P.E.N. hopes to reach all families, especially whose children (from preschool to high school) have special needs and learning or attention differences, including:
- ADD / ADHD
- Anxiety
- Auditory and language processing disorders
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Developmental Delays
- Dyslexia
- Dysgraphia
- Emotional / mental health issues
- Physical / medical issues
- And many more...
Our hope is to provide guidance and support to caregivers, children, educators and the community through sharing information and resources, holding monthly meetings on important topics, encouraging programming that enhances the school environment, collaborating with educators and increasing awareness in school and beyond. Anyone is welcome to attend O.P.E.N. meetings or social events, whether your child has an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan, or those just curious to learn and network with others.
