ParentSquare is a safe and secure communication tool that allows our district to communicate with all Orange Schools families across one unified platform. Families will receive district-level messages such as school delay and closure notifications as well as building-level announcements and classroom communications.

Accounts are automatically created for families based on the information provided in the district’s student information system.  Parents are encouraged to login/activate the account from a browser or download the mobile app with the cell phone or email address associated with their child.  By doing this, families can customize the way notifications are received and to what frequency.

1.  Update Your Information

Ensure your phone number, email address, and home address are up-to-date in the district’s student information system.  You can do this by checking your contact information in the annual forms section of FinalForms. ParentSquare syncs nightly with the student information system to ensure all families are receiving information. Please contact your child’s school office with any questions.

2. Login to Your Account

Your account has already been created, so there is no need to "opt-in".  However, by signing in to the browser version or downloading the mobile app, you will have access to additional customizable settings.

3.  Update Your Settings

Are you receiving too many notifications?  Don't want to receive text messages?  Once you sign in to your account, you can change your notification settings to fit your needs.

4.  Make Sure You Are Receiving Emails

If you are not receiving all ParentSquare email notifications, please take the following steps: 

  1. Check that the email address on your ParentSquare account page is accurate and updated

  2. Add donotreply* to your safe sender or contacts list (please note the asterisk * in the email address)

  3. Marking ParentSquare emails as “Not Spam”

  4. Ensure no filters are diverting ParentSquare emails to other folders

If you still do not see ParentSquare emails:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for emails from

  2. Add the domain "" to your safe senders list within your email client (ie Gmail, Yahoo!, Live, aol, etc.)

  3. If you still are not receiving emails, please contact so they can assist you.
