We are proud to announce that Orange High School has earned Level 1 High Reliability School (HRS) certification through Marzano Resources! The HRS program was created to help transform schools into organizations that take proactive steps to ensure student success. Using a research-based five-level hierarchy, along with leading and lagging indicators, educators learn to assess, monitor, and confirm the effectiveness of their schools. Day-to-day school operations are addressed and evaluated in Level 1. 

Orange High School joins Moreland Hills Elementary School and Brady Middle School who both earned Level 1 High Reliability School certification last school year. This distinction recognizes the strength of our schools’ safe, supportive, and collaborative cultures, which are essential for student and staff success. Certification is valid for five years and reflects a district-wide commitment to cultivating positive learning environments.
