The Orange High School Pit Orchestra was nominated once again for the Playhouse Square Dazzle Awards. This marks the orchestra's eighth nomination for "Best Student Orchestra". Only 11 school programs were selected as nominees in this category. The orchestra performed in the OHS production of Disney's "High School Musical" earlier this year.

The Playhouse Square Dazzle Awards program recognizes excellence in Northeast Ohio high school musical theater, honoring outstanding productions and students in multiple categories, and serves as the regional qualifying event for the National High School Musical Theatre Awards. Orange High School has received more than a dozen nominations in multiple categories since it first participated in the Dazzles program in 2017.
