Walking through the Decades Walkathon 2024

Congratulations to all on another wildly successful Walkathon! The OEPTA-hosted fundraiser, “Walking Through the Decades,” raised a whopping $32,000! OIP students put their best feet forward on October 17 as they encircled the preschool with cheers and high-fives from teachers and parents and celebrated reaching their walkathon goal! The MHS culminating event was held on Friday, October 18, 2024 and included a walk from the bridge to the fields where organizers planned games and obstacle courses for each class. After the field rotation, students headed to a dance party in the gorgeous weather held in front of the school. Students enjoyed pump up music, cheers, high fives, and had the opportunity to sign a banner commemorating the event. And finally, Brady Middle School students had the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors during their Pride class in celebration of this year's Walkathon success on Friday, October 25.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Orange PTA. All money directly benefits the school community. Special thanks to the 2024 PTA Walkathon Committee Chairs including Lindsay Heksch, Jenna Konstantinovsky, Heather Sinn, Rachel Weinberg, and PTA President Kerry Kertesz for coordinating…and thanks to all of our gracious donors and volunteers!
