Support for technology integration comes in many forms on the Orange City Schools' campus.  We have a full-service Technology Services department available to support your needs.  In addition, there are technology integration specialists available in each building. Finally, we provide support for hardware, software, and other technical issues as well as oversee all staff technology professional development.  

 

Hardware & Software Support 

If you are having an emergency and you cannot continue to teach or do your work, please call x2245. If your issue is not an emergency, your next line of defense is to visit our FAQs page. The FAQs page offers a number of answers to commonly asked questions.   If you are still unable to resolve a technology issue, please contact a technology integration specialist within your building.  A listing of technology integration specialists is below. Technology integration specialists are available for software troubleshooting and support, and limited hardware issues. If a specialist is unable to resolve your issue, please submit a request through Technology Service Requests.

Student Chromebook Repairs - students should take damaged chromebooks to the technology integration specialist or librarian. A chromebook loaner will be provided while the student chromebook is being repaired.  The technology integration specialist will enter the repair in Technology Service Requests.
