Mac OS User Tabbing
For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:
Open System Preferences and go to Keyboard:
Select the Shortcuts tab. Make sure the box for "Use keyboard navigation to move focus between controls" is checked.
Additional settings for Safari Browser.
Open Safari Preferences:
Select the Advanced tab. Make sure the box for "Press Tab to highlight each item on a webpage" is checked.
Congratulations to OHS seniors Daniel Suh, Lindsey Wang and Anna Wolf who have been named National Merit Scholarship FINALISTS! This year’s competition began in October 2021 when approximately 1.5 million juniors across the country took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Corporation Qualifying Test. The highest-scoring participants in each state, representing less than one percent of the nation’s high school seniors, were named Semi-Finalists and then had an opportunity to continue in the competition. From the Semi-Finalist group, only 15,000 students nationwide met the very high standards to advance to the Finalist level of the competition. Amazing work Daniel, Lindsey and Anna!
