REMINDER: Acknowledgment of Daily COVID-19 Symptom Screening

Dear Orange Families,

This is a reminder to please complete the "Acknowledgment of Daily COVID-19 Symptom Screening" form in the OneView Parent Portal. With the health and safety of our students, staff and community in mind, please be diligent when it comes to daily COVID-19 symptom screening of your child or children at home.

Please login to your OneView Parent Portal account (the same account you used to fill out your annual forms) to review and acknowledge that you have read the “Acknowledgment of Daily COVID-19 Symptom Screening.” This system is being used to ensure that all our families are aware of these important procedures. It only needs to be completed once. Follow these instructions.

If your child tests positive for COVID-19, please notify the Orange City School District by following the guidelines in the letter linked here.

Also, we will be emailing you a daily reminder to check your child for COVID-19 symptoms.

Please contact your child’s school with any questions or concerns. Thank you for working together with us for your child.
