PARENTS: Complete Registration Form by Oct 1

Dear Orange Schools Families,

Orange City Schools is dedicated to providing your child with an excellent education in a safe and healthy environment. We realize you may have submitted this information previously, but a couple of months have gone by since the original form, and much has changed since July. So, we need to collect updated information so we can more efficiently flesh out class lists and work on transportation details so the Administrators can plan accordingly for each family.

Please complete the form for each child you have attending Orange by end of the day, Thursday, October 1, 2020.
