OHS Drop off, Pick up May 5-8

Dear Orange High School Students and Parents,

On May 5-8, we are planning time for Orange High School students to pick up any personal items that may have been left in lockers when the campus closed. This will also be an opportunity for OHS Seniors to drop off textbooks, athletic uniforms, athletic equipment, and other school items, as well as pick up their graduation caps and gowns. Chromebooks and band/orchestra/choir materials will be collected at a later date in May.

All lockers will be cleaned out by the custodians ahead of time.  All items will be bagged and labeled with students’ names and locker numbers. Staff will be on hand to assist with items left in athletic lockers as well.

SCHEDULE
For the safety of our students, staff and families, please follow the strict procedures/guidelines below, and arrive only at the time specified.

PROCEDURES
In order to maintain social distancing, cars should line up at the west end of the high school by the outdoor pool.
Students/parents will be admitted one at a time into the Multi-Use gym and exit the opposite door. Staff will be on hand to direct you.

• Once inside the Multi-Use gym, staff members will direct students where to drop off and pick up their items.
• All staff will be required to wear PPE (i.e.masks) and follow rigorous safety measures.
• If you have a mask please wear it and please maintain the 6-foot distance rule.
• No one will be permitted to walk through the building beyond the designated pickup/dropoff area

PLEASE ADHERE TO THESE SAFETY RULES AND ONLY SHOW UP AT THE TIME SPECIFIED FOR YOU TO ARRIVE.
