Orange Students Place in Governor's State Art Show

Orange High School art students Carly Stark, Henry McCreary, Nicolle Yankelevich, Samantha Richards, Maddy Kish, Aidan Hoffner, and Frank Hadzima competed and placed in the Ohio Governor’s State Juried Art Show at Hilliard Davidson High School in Columbus earlier this month. The show represents the top 300 works of art in the State of Ohio. Stark's sculpture "Commonality" was selected among the Top 25 in the State.

Stark also placed with her painting, "Daily Ritual." Richards placed with her digital drawing, "Piece by Piece." Kish placed with her colored pencil drawing, "Self Portrait II." Yankelevich placed with her painting, "Hear No Evil." McCreary placed with her sculpture, "Single Tree Sculpted Rocker." Hoffner placed with his painting, "Costrays of Progress." Hadzima placed with his chalk pastel, "Hidden."
