The Orange City School District Board of Education unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. John Moeschberger as the next principal of Brady Middle School, effective August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2028, at its regular meeting on Monday, April 28, 2025. He will succeed Mr. Brian Frank, who is retiring after 17 years of distinguished service as the school's principal.
Moeschberger brings valuable institutional knowledge to the position, having served as an assistant principal at Brady Middle School for the past year and as an assistant principal at Orange High School for four years prior.
"Brady Middle School is part of an extraordinary school district that focuses on the whole child," said Moeschberger. “Orange isn’t just a school district; it’s a place where the hearts and minds of children are nurtured, and where the entire community is united by a deep commitment to education and the well-being of every student."
Prior to joining Orange Schools in 2020, Moeschberger served for two years as an assistant principal at Twinsburg High School. He began his educational career teaching social studies at Avon High School for five years, where he also coached football, baseball, and basketball.
A Solon High School graduate, Moeschberger earned his bachelor's degree in adolescent young adult education from John Carroll University and a master's degree in educational leadership from Wheeling University. Moeschberger currently resides in Solon with his wife, Noble.
